Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in May of 2000, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management and started work immediatley at Hans Hagen Homes in Minneapolis MN as Project Manager. He worked with Hans Hagen Homes until July 2007 when he moved to Colorado. He started work at McKeever Cross Builders in Breckenridge as Project Manager, building Custom Homes until April 2010.
April 2010, Jim went to Tulsa Oklahoma to complete the Brandon Trails project then came back to Colorado to begin his business.
The move away from McKeever Cross Builders was a big step for Jim, his wife Stephanie and family. November 2010 the step off the edge of the precipice was taken to go into business as a General Contractor!
Jim lives in Fairplay with his wife and three children. Business is good and growing each year!
